Stories of People, Culture and Dangerous Places From the Hidden Side of the World

About
I’m a professional adventurer documenting the hidden side of the world — from ghost stories and abandoned places to high-risk travel and extreme destinations. Every journey is a story, and every place has a voice.
I have traveled 123 countries including some of the most dangerous, off-limits parts of the world. My mission is to bring to focus worlds otherwise unknown, along with the stories that accompany them - and offer firsthand travel insights/advice into 2/3rds of the countries on the planet.

The Golden Retriever Project
The Golden Retriever Project rethinks how we treat our pets verses how we treat the unhoused. On average, Americans will spend $150 billion dollars annually on their pets. Over the same period, we will donate roughly $85 billion on human services - half of what we spend on our pets. The DHHS estimates it would cost an additional $10 - $30 billion to END homelessness in the United States. Just spending 10% of what we spend on our pets annually to social services would end homelessness.
My project doesn't call for funds - maybe a stop when you pass someone in need and offer a bottle of water or a sandwich. I document my efforts to do just that.
